GenieLock versions

  • How do I know which version will fit my toolbox?

    We have a number of different GenieLock versions on the store page. Select the device that corresponds to your toolbox model!

  • Will the GenieLock work in toolboxes that aren't mentioned?

    At the moment, GenieLock is compatible with Snap-On's Heritage, Masters, Epic and ____ toolboxes. Check back in the future, as more models are coming!

  • How do you fit the GenieLock?

    The GenieLock is designed to be fitted in 5 minutes, simply by sliding into place and connecting it to a power source. We have fitting instructions available for download on the store page!

  • How do I connect to my GenieLock?

    Once fitted, download our app (for IOS and Android devices), and connect to your lock via Bluetooth.


Toolbox compatibility

  • How do I find out which toolbox I have?

    Look on the back of your tool box and record the markings. This first stylized number or symbol is the year of manufacture.

  • Is there a price difference for certain versions of the GenieLock?

    GenieLock comes at a fixed price and includes components for the toolbox that you select when ordering from our store.

  • Are the fitting instructions different depending on your toolbox model?

    Yes! You can download all of our fitting guides here.

  • Will fitting the GenieLock damage or affect my toolbox?

    Nope! The GenieLock is designed to simply slide into place inside the toolbox, with a simple power cable that fits through existing holes in your box. No screwing, no drilling, no nonsense!


Shipping FAQ's

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    We offer free shipping on all purchases of our GenieLock product, and can ship anywhere in the world. For sales in the UK and EU, visit our UK/EU page.

  • How long will shipping take? (US/CAN)

    Shipping will likely take 2-3 weeks.

  • How long will shipping take? (AUS/Worldwide)

    Shipping will likely take 3 weeks, but could take up to 5 weeks outside UK/EU/US/CAN.


Refunds & returns

  • Do you offer no-hassle returns?

    If your purchase was made less than 30 days ago and you're not satisfied with your product, you can return the product for a full refund. Get in touch to begin the returns process.

  • Can I return the product after 30 days?

    We only offer a full money-back guarantee to purchases made within the last 30 days. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch and we'll offer you any assistance required.

  • What if my GenieLock breaks?

    Our GenieLock's all come with a 2 year warranty. Any fault in the product, send it back and we'll send you a replacement. Get in touch to begin the process.

  • I've ordered the wrong model of GenieLock!

    Woops! If this does happen, be sure to drop us a message and we'll work on swapping your model around.
